Dr. Conspiracy and Great Kim aka Mik Taerg are both self proclaimed Google Warriors. In other words, unless they have some sort of personal or tangible experience related to the subject which they are writing about they rely predominantly, if not entirely and roundly, on what they can find on the internet, chiefly from online searches with Google.
Directly below you can see Dr. Conspiracy aka Kevin Wayne Davidson fessing up and conceding to be a Google Warrior:

Great Kim aka Mik Taerg is a Google Warrior as well. Some other interesting findings regarding Great Kim aka Mik Taerg are as follows:
1. Great Kim is located in San Francisco, California. However, they consistently mask their IP address to indicate that they are abroad in Europe and elsewhere.
2. Great Kim is an American, born an raised, who intentionally structures their online written English to appears to be that of a foreigner.
3. Great Kim has falsely indicated that they have worked in various countries in Africa for more than 30 years (the story often changes but sometime includes oil companies). In truth Great Kim has not worked or traveled to any country on the African continent.
4. Great Kim indicated that they are a white male whose son, also white, is in a romantic relationship with a black woman. I was not able to confirm this, although it could be true. What I was able to confirm is that Great Kim has a background in the Graphic Design and that they are a government (federal) employee whose office is locate in California.
Great Kim aka Mik Taerg has indicated, several times and on at least three different websites, that: In the RD (i.e., the Dominican Republic) the Suprema Corte de Justicia has exlusive (sic) jursdiction (sic) over extradition proceedings. This means no other court is competent…also have a look at all extradition proceedings completed by the SCJRD
http://www.suprema.gov.do/consultas/jurisprudencia/consulta_decisiones_extradicion.aspx
Kim’s reckless Google Warrior conclusion, which other skeptics and hacks swallowed wholy and instantly, is easily discredited.
Using the link, supplied by Kim, to the Dominican Supreme Court, we find that we can search backwards to the year 2004, beginning with the year 2013, to see all of the extradition cases which were ruled on by the Dominican Supreme Court.
The Dominican Supreme Court published just seven (7) extradition cases for the year (and 2 of the cases were for the same defendant) 2013:
1. Emilio Lora Delance – country: USA
2. Zbigniew Banek – country: Poland (overruled) (NOTE: Polish national, attempted extradition by Poland to have him extradited to Poland. Dominican Republic does not have an extradition treaty with Poland but the Supreme Court still heard the case and ruled on it and overruled the extradition on other grounds)
3. Miguel Ángel Minier Eusebio – country: USA
4. Ricardo Almonte Bernabel – country: USA
5. Francisco Antonio Hiraldo Guerrero – country: USA (overruled)
6. Francisco Antonio Hiraldo Guerrero – country: USA (rejected)
7. Janice Pemberton aka Samantha Carson aka Janice Pemberton Gruman aka Samantha Parker – country: USA (NOTE: Canadian national, passport, JK384624, extradited to the USA)
Additionally, directly below are the 2012 search results. Note that there are only six (6) published cases and once again two of the case contain the same defendant :
1. Miguel Antonio Rosa Ureña – country: USA
2. Francisco Guillermo Miranda Guerrero – country USA (overruled)
3. Miguel Antonio Rosa Ureña – country USA (rejected)
4. Ángel Gurity aka Ángel Gurity Cabral aka Robert Castro – country USA
5. José Antonio Contreras Reyes – country USA
6. Oscar Ezequier Rodríguez Cruz – country USA
Question: What wrong with the foregoing search results for 2013 and 2013?
Answer: Nothing.
The only things wrong was Kim’s misleading, perhaps intentional and perhaps just the result of Google Warrioring, conclusion are the following:
1. The Dominican Supreme Court only publishes a a small number of extradition case rulings. Certainly not all extradition proceedings completed by the SCJRD as Great Kim states.
2. Often times extradition in the Dominican Republic is carried out swiftly, e.g., 1 to 3 months, with the Dominican Supreme Court being involved. This is a country where the any ranking member of the Nation Police, Military, Senate or the President can have you thrown in jail/prison at whim without criminal charges or on charges that are not officially files. Furthermore, a person can be extradited on the same day that they are arrested. Sometimes it is a question of who will pay for the extradition. At other times extradition is carried out after related decision are handed down by lower courts (i.e, not the Supreme Court.)
Extradition from the Dominican Republic, to a number of nations (even the Supreme Court lists a case where they extradited to France and also ruled on a case to Poland), happens on a regular and weekly basis.
Examples:
Yamilis Centeno-Rivera aka aka Maricelly Morfe-Paulino.
Arrested in July 2012 by Dominican authorities in the
Extradited to the United States (New Jersey) just one month later in August 2012.
Her name is not listed within the 2012 extradition cases on Dominican Supreme Court website.
Hector Bienvenido Pujols Gonzalez.
Extradited to the United States in July 2013.
His name is not listed within the 2013 (or 2012) extradition cases on Dominican Supreme Court website.
The list goes on (there are thousands of more examples in the newspapers, even online for Google Warriors).
Conclusion: If the Dominican Supreme Court rules on your extradition case the decision will most likely not be published.

Postscript: In a recent comment (today while I was writing this report) Great Kim aka Mik Taerg states that, you will now observe that the total yearly cases (i.e., extradition cases) rarely exceeds 10.
Google Warrior confidently flaunts their misinformation!
Sorry Smith, but trying to shift the focus onto other people isn’t gonna stop us from hounding that extradition proof from you.
@ Andrew Vrba, PmG:
YOU SILLY ASS . YOU CAN HOUND FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE AND GET ZERO INFORMATION AND RESULT . NOTHING LUCAS DOES OR SAYS IS ANY OF YOUR BUSINESS NOR SHOULD YOU MAKE IDIOTIC AND UNINFORMED STATEMENTS ABOUT IT . WE WHO HAVE FOLLOWED LUCAS ‘ POSTS FOR MORE THAN 5 YEARS ARE CERTAIN THAT HE ACTUALLY HAS A COPY OF THE ONLY AUTHENTIC DOCUMENT OF THE KENYAN BIRTH OF YOUR SUCK BUDDY obozo ,
When you learn to type like an adult, I will respond to you.
The question is not about the general practices of extradition in the Dominican Republic. The question is your extradition. You claim that extradition happens quickly, yet your case is set for June. Your bond was only $5,000, you are free, you have a 9 to 5 job and your explanation is the craziness of the DR? Instead of trying to prove a possible scenario, prove your claim. Easy enough. But it appears that Dominican officials and Kenyan officials have said you are not being extradited. How do you respond?
Hey, Lucas! Where’s your mugshot? Why don’t you post it? I’m sure you can get it.
I guess when you’re preparing for a fake hearing on a fake extradition, that you’re too busy to post proof – especially when you’re writing articles that have nothing to do with your fake extradition.
And you still have to explain why Kenyan authorities say that they do not know who you are and that they are not extraditing anyone from any country at this time. They have 4 people that are wanted and those people are listed in the Interpol wanted database. If anyone of them are caught in any country, then they will want to extradite them.
@ ARNOLD CARL TAPP:
You wouldn’t be by chance that same Arnold that played on the show Green Acres, would you?
Hey, Lucas! I used Google to find the Kenyan Police website. Is that why when I emailed them that they did not know who you are? Because I went through Google first???

Obama Hits Birthers With Kenya Joke In White House Correspondents’ Dinner Speech
The Huffington Post
Ashley Alman
5/3/2014
Excerpt:
President Barack Obama took a shot at birthers during his speech at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner on Saturday.
Obama congratulated Meb Keflezighi for winning the Boston Marathon, noting that he was the first American to win the Boston Marathon in 31 years.
“It’s only fair since a Kenyan has been president for the last six,” Obama said.
Later in his speech, after giving Fox News a hard time, Obama said the network would be sorry to see him leave office.
“You’ll miss me when I’m gone,” Obama said. “It’ll be harder to convince the American people that Hillary was born in Kenya.”

Google warriors ask you to kindly show your extradition papers
Are Heltan Maganga and Jennifer Othigo Google Warriors ?
One problem with he, Lucas Smith’s argument. In the comment of Doc C’s, he highlights the Google Warrior without noting the rest of the comment which is that in this case, he decided NOT to use Google and go directly to the source which was the US Embassy in the Dominican Republic.
But that doesn’t answer any other question posed. For instance, I did contact Kenyan authorities and anyone here is welcome to do so themselves. I have provided the link the contacts in prior comments.
Kenya is not extraditing he, Lucas Smith. He, Lucas Smith is lying. Kenyan authorities have never heard of he, Lucas Smith.
Interesting that you bring up mugshots in the DR Lucas. Is there a mugshot like those above for Lucas Daniel Smith in the DR. A recent one would be nice.
You know, that probably IS something Smith is an expert on, getting his mugshot taken.
I say no chance. Arnold Ziffel was a hell of a lot smarter than this Arnold.
And still not a shred of evidence showing that Lucas D Smith is facing extradition proceedings.
How about you stop talking about what is possible in the grand universe of extradition, and show evidence that you, Lucas D Smith, are facing extradiciton?
“Why present simple evidence when ten tons of bullshit is there to be shoveled?”
