Pfizer’s death causing vaccine was injected into his arm bearing the tattoo depicting Jesus.
Seems symbolic to me. I heard also (haven’t been able to confirm this or not yet) that this image is purportedly one of the Associated Press’ 150 most significant images of 2021.
