Today I read a comment which was posted here at the WOBIK blog (comment by HistorianDude) which references a comment that was apparently posted earlier today at a website called TheFogbow.com
It appears that the Fogbow website is home to a number of white supremacists including a user who goes by the name “raicha” who has also posted hate speech elsewhere online regarding her intense dislike and hatred of black Americans and Latinos.
In raicha’s comment (July 27, 2015) she asserts that the 1986 Zambian letter, which references Stanley Dunham’s son (Barack Obama) being born in Mombasa, is a fake because:
The National Commission was part of the Ministry of Agriculture by 1986 and the letterhead would not say “office of the President” but “Ministry of Agriculture”.
Also, too, the subject matter of Stanley Ann’s research as claimed in this letter is completely implausible because 1) Stanley Ann spent her working life in South Asia, with a stint in Pakistan, but most famously in Indonesia, 2) Her many published works regarding her studies dealt with microcredit and the development of micro/small businesses, especially for women.
She was not known for focusing on macro models of “organisational understanding” of agriculture in Africa or anywhere else. She was, in fact, an expert in rural industry, not agriculture.
But of course, Lucas Smith is a lying cretin.
Raicha does not offer evidence or any sort of proof, reference or citation to support her assertion. Furthermore, her irresponsible and reckless statement is easily dismissed when we review Winnie Sithole Mwenda’s dissertation (1st October 1990) at the University of Zambia:
The Efficacy of the Zambian Investment Act (No. 5 of 1986) in the Attraction of Private Foreign Investment for Development
at page 150 (2. ZAMBIA: GOVERNMENT PUBLICATIONS, A – 8, 10)
we learn that the National Commission for Development Planning was still under the Office of the President in the year 1987 and also the year 1989 (and possibly thru year 1993 or later):
Winnie Sithole Mwenda’s full dissertation is embedded below (and available at the original online source linked above dissertation (1st October 1990) ) for review:

Ah, there you go again. Focusing on minutia and missing the big picture. The idea that Dr. Dunham researched macro models for agriculture production in Africa is ludicrous in light of her well-known, and well-documented, history as an expert in rural micro-industry.
As for that the “white supremacy” stuff, please post all your links to my alleged racist history on the internet. Go for it. Your pathetic attempts to divert the discussion away from your forgery are amusing to me.
Ya know asshole, anyone who cares to (although I doubt anyone but Fogbowers read your crap) can look up Raicha’s and other Fogbowers’ posts and find there is not a single racist or white supremacist comment from any of us, except maybe those confined in FEMA camp 7 1/2.
Just more LIES from the lying liar felon.
