BRUCE , you are amazing . You like all the same things I do , including cajun ( Acadian ) music . You might remember that VIKING LADY Phyllis was living in Louisiana , and thoroughly indoctrinated by cajun influence . She sent me a recipe for authentic cajun Gumbo , and it is wonderful . The music group here is all young people , and it is good that they are following tradition to keep alive the unusual music of the area . " Leissez le bon temp roulet "
