Has anybody heard of Leni Reifenstahl? Propaganda guru for the Third Reich, Hitler and Goebbels? Well here are four examples of what she was driven to produce as propaganda for the Third Reich and it disastrous results thereafter…the parallels to today’s American White House are striking to say the least.
I. Riefenstahl heard candidate Adolf Hitler speak at a rally in 1932. She was completely mesmerized by his talent as a public speaker.
1)America’s Main Stream Media ,since early days of State Senator Obama, have been “completely mesmerized by his talent as a public speaker.”
II. Leni Riefenstahl had read Mein Kampf during the making of her film The Blue Light. A newspaper article quotes her as having commented, "The book made a tremendous impression on me. I became a confirmed National Socialist after reading the first page. I felt a man who could write such a book would undoubtedly lead Germany. I felt very happy that such a man had come”.
2) Many of Obama’s supporters have read: Dreams from My Father; The Audacity of Hope; Of Thee I Sing; Inaugural Presidential Address Official Transcript (2006); Conversations with Myself (Mandela & Obama -2011); Me and My Friend President Obama (Ghasemi & Obama) to name a few. "These books made a tremendous impression on all of us. We became confirmed Progressive Activists after reading them. We felt, a man who could write such a book would undoubtedly lead America. We felt very happy that such a man had come”.
III. Leni Reifenstahl wrote to Hitler requesting a meeting. After meeting Hitler she was offered an opportunity to direct Sieg des Glaubens (Victory of Faith), an hour-long propaganda film about the fifth Nazi Party rally at Nuremberg in 1933.
3) Many Obama donors and supporters, after his first election, (especially Hollywood bundlers) asked to meet with him for purposes of creating “Julia” videos; “Jon Carson, Executive Director of Organizing for Action, outlines next steps for the grassroots organization.” After being re-elected President of the United States, President Obama gave his victory address in Chicago, IL. ; Obama Pride: LGBT Americans for Obama; Women's Voices - Join Women for Obama to name a few.
IV. The Hitler’s 1935 rally was laced with pronouncements about the status of Jews in Germany. These became known as the Nuremberg Laws which for Jews in Europe would soon become matters of life and death.
4)Obama’s interview is best described as preparing the American public for what was yet to come: The Obama administration twisting Bibi’s arm off as to John Kerry’s “framework” under the threat of the U.S. stepping aside from defending Israel against the worldwide, decades-long lawfare and boycott movement.
It’s the same threat John Kerry made several weeks ago, but now it’s coming from Obama’s own lips, as Goldberg noted (emphasis added):
On the subject of Middle East peace, Obama told me that the U.S.’s friendship with Israel is undying, but he also issued what I took to be a veiled threat: The U.S., though willing to defend an isolated Israel at the United Nations and in other international bodies, might soon be unable to do so effectively.
“If you see no peace deal and continued aggressive settlement construction — and we have seen more aggressive settlement construction over the last couple years than we’ve seen in a very long time,” Obama said. “If Palestinians come to believe that the possibility of a contiguous sovereign Palestinian state is no longer within reach, then our ability to manage the international fallout is going to be limited.”
